Last Year the Football Supporters Federation rewarded a lot people, from players to backroom staff, from Newspaper Reporters to Fanzine writers and from Management to Supporters Club and SLO volunteers. Now is the time to get your nominations in for the 2014 Awards.

The Football Supporters Federation Awards for 2014 are just a couple of months away.

To make sure the people who us fans think should be awarded get nominated, we need to send an email – it just takes a couple of minutes of your life.

As we are the fans that pay to watch and follow football each week, the FSF think we are the ones that are best placed to to inform them of the best nominees.

So get your thinking Caps on and get writing an email….. below is the categories and I have put a couple of examples of who you could nominate in certain categories…

•Away Day of the Year (choose Wigan or an actual away ground you have been impressed with)
•Blogger of the Year
•Commentator of the Year (Neil Rimmer)
•Fanzine of the Year (Mud Hutter etc)
•Independent Website of the Year (Cockney Latic)
•Newspaper of the Year
•Player of the Year
•Podcast/Radio Show of the Year (e.g. Vital Latics podcast, Wish FM etc)
•Pundit of the Year
•Supporter Liaison Officer of the Year (Wigan: Jason Taylor and Ian Wadsworth)
•Writer of the Year (Paul Kendrick (WEP), Barry Worthington (Vital), Jason Taylor (WASC) etc)

There are plenty of Wigan Athletic nominees you can nominate, if you don’t we won’t be represented…..
