I've booked my flights to see Cliftonville play Barry Town in the Europa League on 4th July.
Beat that!

This Everton friendly is a great opportunity for their squad to impress Paul Cook and sign for a club that might win something! (In the next 50 years).

I will.
Although not the same as Glentoran where the whole ground looks like Springy, Cliftonville's main stand still has a familiar look.

Is it wrong to get so fascinated and misty eyed by an old bit of wood, concrete and corrugated iron?

No it certainly isn't. Enjoyed the days at Springfield Park much more than in this sterile mausoleum.

No, it's not. It looks more like asbestos sheet than corra, corre, corri, wriggly tin.

Looks too much like that old Kentucky Fried Chicken box that was alongside Menstral Park for my liking.

A flat tenner wouldn't be so bad per game or even a fiver just to bump numbers a few new faces especially for a non competitive game but £15 ?.

Nothing bar greed in my eyes and considering we've 3 of our first 4 games are at home just a few weeks later.
And no before it's said, not everyone's a season ticket holder or can make both games

Buy the offer and share the cost with someone who can only go to the other game.
Simple.

Do you do anything other than moan?

Everton will probably bring 4k (not counting those in our end) and Burnley 2k so that's a tidy sum for the club before we have even started.

If you don't wanna go - don't go.

The 'usual suspects' and we all know them, would moan if it were free because the money lost could have helped pay for Cookies 'piss up' abroad.
We should know by now, whatever WAFC do, they will always be there to put the club down and slag them off.
I sometimes wonder whether they are Latics fans or not.

Fifteen quid for either is fair enough. Doesnt even need to be discounted. Wont be at the Dingle game but will give the Everton game a go just like I wont be at Chester but will go to Kirkham and Wesham. Then the Stoke game.

I can't make the Chester game next Saturday, but I'll be at Fylde FC on the 9th, and more than likely the Everton and Burnley matches.

We would probably have all gone for the day out, but our jollies were booked before the fixture was announced.
Chester FC are down in Newquay this week on a Managers piss up so I might bump into them in a few boozers.
