Today we make our way to the Kassam Stadium, here is a bit of information to help you guys get the best out of the day, provided by Wigan Athletic Supporters Liaison Officer Jason Taylor.
Best/worst routes to the stadium
There are really only 2 ways into the stadium. The best route from the North is to travel down the A34 and follow the brown football stadium signs around the ring road to the ground.
But if you can’t find it, you still can stay at home and play eurogrand online casino games. And you don’t need to buy a ticket, just follow the link and play for free.
Car Parking & Fees
We have roughly 2000 free parking space at the ground as well as a number of space on the roads around the stadium. The traffic wardens are particularly keen on match days so recommend fans don’t park on the verges or in non marked spaces, they will get ticketed. There is a handy map of the ground and car park areas on this page of our website: https://www.oufc.co.uk/tickets/getting-here/ (you’ll be sat in blocks 27-29 in blue). Please note this map doesn’t include the large overflow carpark which is found by following the entrance road around and behind the leisure complex.
Coach Parking & Fees
Free. They’ll be parked up around the side of the stadium next to the away entrance.
Blue Badge Car Parking (Disability coordinator contact?)
There are a number of disabled parking spaces around the ground including directly outside the away entrance. Stewards may request to see proof of blue badges to insure that they are used correctly.

Away friendly pre-match venues
The ground is situated in a leisure complex and opposite the Hollywood Bowl and Frankie and Bennies restaurant usually allow well behaved away supporters.
Nearest cash machine
There is a cash machine beside the cinema opposite the ground (this does charge a small fee).
Approximate distance from the train station/ bus station
The ground is roughly 4 miles from the train station. The Oxford Bus Company route City 5 runs from the station to Knights Road, a five-minute walk to the ground. Taxis will take around 15 minutes to get to the ground from the rank outside the station. More info here: https://www.oufc.co.uk/tickets/getting-here/
Food and drink available near or inside the ground
As well as the Frankie & Benny’s mentioned above, there is also a Fish and Chip Bar and an Oriental Buffet restaurant in the complex opposite.
