Two years ago they did a 24 hour challenge, this time it’s a 30hr bowlathon aiming to score 1 million for PROSTATE CANCER UK because It kills 1 man every 45 mins
Paul Smith and the guys in the Wigan Bowling Team at AMF Bowl have organised this event in support of Latics2Amsterdam, who are doing a sponsored bike ride to Amsterdam heightening awareness of prostate cancer and raising funds for Prostate Cancer UK.
Over the last few years, Paul Smith (Mitty to Latics fans) has helped to raise funds for them and have found that prostate cancer is a terrible disease. It affects 1 man in every 8 and kills 1 man every 45 minutes.
