Latics find out first round cup opponents.
The draw has been made for the first round of the 2018-2019 Carabao Cup in Ho Chi Minh City.
Latics, ball 36 in the Northern section, will face Rotherham United away from home after the two promoted teams from last season were the first two names out of the hat.
