It has been an interesting month in the Prediction Leagues in October with some impressive scores being notched up, but don’t rest as there are European games this midweek as well as the rearranged fixture between West Ham and Villa.
The Lightyear Recruitment Prediction Leagues are heading for a hectic period now with all the cup and league games coming up and the league table is changing weekly. Rafting in with a massive 209 points for the month was Saredt closely followed by the pundit we all love to hate, Mark Lawrenson on 196 points. This gave league positions of second and fourth respectively.
The outright leader though is alanlad who had a steady month and could rue missing the chance to enter the main competition to win £100. The biggest movers were wiganlaticsfem and Area51 both recording 64 points for this weekend’s predictions alone. The biggest loser was banjostring who plummeted 11 places.
The games come thick and fast now as there is a full European programme this midweek, West Ham play Villa in a rearranged fixture, there is a full Premier League programme at the weekend also with 41 games to predict in the FA Cup first round proper. For those who are entered in both you need to get your thinking heads on quick.
