We’ve a squad with no balance no cutting edge up front and a mish mash of inexperienced players coupled with a manager who’s possession based slow lethargic style of play doesn’t suit and you’ve the perfect reciepe for a disaster.
It’s basically a case of:-
“You can’t change your whole squad but you can change the manager”
The players may not be ready but we’ve got no choice other than go with them and try our best to get a tune out of them regardless of age & experience.
