M.Smith drops back in whenever Chambers or a defender goes forward. Now you’d think “Surely that’s another players job ?” Yes it is but we don’t have one.

In the summer we should have gone out and brought in an older headed defensive midfielder mirror image to Tom Naylor just to allow M.Smith and others to play up the pitch.
