The crooks of it all is, were a football club and we were bought by Danson as a football club, not a charity or a women’s football team were a league one football club both the charity and women’s came after.

Since the take over Danson has been fianantually putting our house in order with massive across the board cuttbacks. Were abit like a refurbishment on a run down property were you rip out its guts till your back to shell then rebuild. The big difference is,
Were down to shell but we’ve not been given any money to rebuild the football team.

Along with the huge cuttbacks i’ve also seen the stadium taken away along with a big focus on his close to heart charity and big investment into the women’s newly formed side.

This is all good and well but while all this cuttbacks take place and we now focus charity and work in the community plus the women’s team we’ve a football team and fans that have been left to fester like an open wound.

This self sufficienty bollox has to be gradually built up over years not overnight, you can’t just cut the blood supply off then expect the heart to keep pumping it’s impossible. Sell invest sell, invest not sell…… ? sell……?
Maloney’s been dry bummed with a hairdryer followed by a good application of sawdust and talc.

If Danson applied this chop the rot approach/self sufficient policy to his beloved rugby they’d be bankrupt in a year. It’s absolutely impossible for the rugby to be self sufficient, they rely on Danson like a 1 month old baby hanging off it’s mums t!t.

It’s ok for us to be told we need to be accountable for every penny and we must stand on our own 2 feet but how to fcukin hell can we ever do that if money from the sale of players just disappears and part of the sale money isn’t reinvested back into the squad? we can never stand alone without reinvesting part of any player sale funds.

It’s as though we’ve been hacked at with a blunt axe while the rugby happily meander along without a pot to pish in doing their Oliver Twist impression bowl in hand to Sugar Daddy Danson.

To me it’s clear, he’s got what he wanted, the ground. he wanted it so bad he bought us to get at it beating any other potential buyers to the post before got chance to make bids in administration.

This has now safeguarded the rugby’s future and Danson from been charged embarrassing rent. Now he doesn’t have to answer to anyone. Can you imagine a multi billionaire been told what he can and can’t do with the ground?, someone like Danson would be left red faced and fuming.

He’s currently now trying to paint a turd with us, he’s smashed our weekly bills to mirror the budget of a non league club and has no doubt drafted up a lucrative rent lease for any potential new Latics buyers. I’d like to see what the football gets charged when sold to what the rugby pay?. Infact I’d like see it now tbh.

For me all’s I see is an owner hell bent culling to the point were were attractive in the market, cheap to run (on paper) so he’s basically financially culled and valeted us with monstrous cuttbacks so we now look like a good thing in the market place and we land some more Hong Kong Crew or Bahraini Binmen.

This tells me one thing and it’s as clear as day, Danson doesn’t want to invest his money, he wants to sell then let someone else do that he sees no future with us he will sell that I’m sure of.

And this for me is were the roller coaster never ends because the next owners will soon realise after they’ve bought us there’s cracks everywhere that have been papered over and we have nothing left to sell

Danson’s spring cleaned and kept it all
