The problems are from the top down. There’s no one thing like owner, manager, players that can fix this mess.

Maloney cannot help himself swapping and subbing. This rotation thing cannot be good for players they need a settle side.
It’s clearly not working for Maloney and although he’s a Wigan legend his time is up. He’s not totally to blame for the downturn in form but he’s certainly not helped himself.
This player rotational football before a game and at half time is killing us, he’s not helping himself one iota
