The ref was totally out his depth letting certain fouls go unpunished.
All in all I thought a point would have been a fair result but Lampard seems to think they dominated and they were in full control…as if
First half they were in total control but we finally woke up in the second half and made a game of it but without a recognised striker on the field and 4 defensive midfielders plus an attacking midfielder up top we could have been as spirited as we have ever been but still wouldnt have scored. Credit to Cook though his ever increasing negative approach saved a cricket score and at least shored things up.[/quote]

We were playing with 3 at the back for most of the 2nd half and when we had the ball, Morsy and Evans pushed up, along with Byrne and James – so it was virtually 5 up front!
