Let’s think back at who we had last season as a small, pacey winger that could take on defenders and whip a ball in (and score too). Oh yes, Charles N’Zogbia; and it sure as hell worked back then!
N’Zogbia was poor as an out and out winger and got slated on this very forum.
He improved when switched to the right and played in a more advanced role where he cut inside and get shots on goal.
The last out and out winger we had was Valencia.
