Absolutely correct. Southampton did to us what we were doing to teams at the back end of last season.
I think that was a good point gained against a side that are playing far better than their league position suggests. They were very unlucky not to come away with at least a point from Old Trafford on Wednesday and had United pinned in their own half, playing hoof-ball and hanging on for much of the second half. Something you rarely see and even more surprising when you consider United are 10 points clear at the top. The disappointing performances were against Fulham, Sunderland and Stoke – three very average teams – where we only started playing in the second half. Those games should have been won.
