I clicked on the first link & all it was were several still shots (one of the tackle when no contact has been made) & several others of the players involved and a robotic voice explaining what Dyche & Klopp had both said[/quote]

Did manage to find it on another clip though – the difference between the 2 for me is that the original tackle for me was fine (from the side but gets his leg in front, clears it away & is always in control of his body & movement) whereas Van Diyk’s was a foul from the moment he lunged in, studs up & out of control.
Contact after the ball had gone was due to the momentum of both players in the Mee challenge whilst in Van Diyk’s it was caused purely by the speed & force of his lunge

Klopp was right, it wasn’t a foul on Gomez, so I’ve no idea why he decided to say that but still whinge about it – players can get injured in perfectly legitimate tackles
