Just a quick message of support from myself and probably most Latics fans to Chris who since leaving us unfortunately has been suffering from some major anxiety problems.
Also in Mental Health Awareness Week a message to everyone who has suffered or is suffering from depression and other mental health problems good luck and please talk to anyone or body about it. You are not alone. This is a serious illness that hasn’t been given the time and understanding it deserves. Mental Health Wareness should be pushed more and people suffering encouraged to talk to people and not be scared or embarrassed to ask for help from professionals, family, friends and colleagues.I heard him on the radio tonight and he cited leaving Wigan as the start of his problems. Said he loved it here and didn’t want to leave.
First started getting anxiety attacks when he started the travelling to and from Sheffield Wednesday
Good luck to him and hope he maintains his recovery.
