10 January 2011 at 11:46 am #55069What I don’t understand with them is why they have been chanting Dalglish’s name for months as a saviour
As an outsider looking in Dalglish took over a bloody good team built up by the likes of Paisley & Fagan & barely added to it but was very successful. When those players started to age & you could see the side was on the wane, he jumped ship & left them in the complete mess which Souness inherited & from which they’ve never recovered
At Blackburn he spent the sort of cash no manager had ever been blessed with before, won the league, saw the players wanted to leave to go to bigger clubs & jumped ship again coz he didn’t have the stomach for the job ahead
The less said about his time at Newcastle & Celtic the betterYet now the Mousers are hailing him as their saviour & he’s talking about wanting to be at the forefront of their rebuilding process. Pity for them he didn’t want to do that 20 years ago

10 January 2011 at 12:32 pm #55073Kenny left Blackburn due to stress levels and his medical condition related to it.
As for Celtic, probably the lowest point I have been supporting them, but did give us the Super Calley headline.

Is being a ‘miserable jock shiote manager’ a medical condition? Well, you live and learn. Next they will be saying that you can get piles from sitting on cold floors.

I don’t want him back”
