Don’t really care about the bloke one way or the other but i have to say that I liked his response the other night when he was questionned about the Fabregas tackle late on in the game.
It ran somet along the lines of “It was a bad tackle, he got punished for it. Arsene’s apologised for it. Fabregas has been in to apologise for it – so that’s it. Its football & mistimed tackles happen all the time. I just wish people would stop screaming blue murder whenever one of our players does it”
Couldn’t disagree with him on that score

That’s what I mean. So many players square blind that something is blue, when it is obviously red. I find Mick’s straightforward honesty refreshing.
