anyway, I would agree with your rant wholeheartedly. The few minutes we were allowed to grace the screen (I could have sworn I saw ‘Linikarse’ cringing at the prospect of even mentioning Wigan….) every shot was about Liverpool attacking. They must have (of) shown every Liverpool attempt on goal and only two of ours…..yet during their ‘stats’ report at the end (the little graphic in the bottom corner) clearly showed that we had equal attempts at 10 apiece.

Linikarse couldn’t wait to ‘move on’ from a good game (as confirmed in a one line sentence from Hansen) before he turned the conversation to Suarez………if this tosser cannot be responsible for unbiased reporting (and I extend this to the whole production team) then they should cashiered from their job as ‘ambassadors for the sport/profession’ as they make (if this is at all possible) the BBC look more unimportant and off kilter than they already do.

I had a brief chat with Matt le Tissier heading to the car park and he said that he thought we were going to get battered with the way they dominated the first 20 mins but after that he said it was a fair result and a great game to watch !
