I got the Marriot in Maida Vale (4 stars, short walk to Jubilee line and free parking behind on the street) for 60 quid a night. So we’re staying for 2 nights :)

Marriot in Maida Vale
Google ‘London Marriott Hotel Maida Vale’. Walking distance to Kilburn Park station, and it’s then the Bakerloo (not Jubilee, sorry) to Wembley Central. I don’t mind the walk from there, because of the atmosphere.
I got it through priceline…put a bid in for a 4 star in Regents park and got it for US$75, which with their fees comes to just under $90 or about 60 quid.
Unfortunately, I just looked again and it’s gone up to $130 for Saturday night. You can still get it for Friday for $75 though. Glad I bought before the City game!
