Rooney should definitely have got sent off, wait till you see it on Match of the day. We missed a couple of sitters in the first half that could have changed the game.
Think we started to get pulled about in the second half and they had far too much space but hey we are playing the best team in the country. Just ashame in the many times we have lost against them there are periods when we look completely out of our depth.
They would have beaten us even if we had taken those two early chances.They just upped a gear or two after the break and finished us off.They will be league champions in may without a doubt.
I have no complaints other than the ref seemed scared of dishing out cards in my opinion and if the n@sty little scouser has elbowed Mccarthy then a ban has to follow surely.Rooney should definitely have got sent off, wait till you see it on Match of the day.
