can anybody tell me the formation martinez started with tonight – he did it at hartlepool as well -but with rodellega instead of santos.
it was 4 across the back – thomas just in front then 2 in midfield wit gomez just behind de-santos -who was just behind boselli – 4 -1 -2 – 1 – 1 – 1.
very strange.
Very strange indeed is the fact the Gomez has palyed three times and we have won three times :shock:
thought he would be a goodun
To be fair, Martinez did say he was going to try out a coule of things.
First half was a midfield diamond (A narrow one at that) being a 4-1-2-1-2…..before the end of the first half it was a 4-3-3.
Second half was 4-5-1 which turned to 4-4-2 when n’Zogbia came on.
