We had the same nonsense with the West Ham game in November when they (West Ham) dropped the prices and WAFC didnt pass them onto us till too late

Unbelievably they are at it again – I am led to believe that West Brom have dropped the adult prices for the forthcoming game and this includes kids for a quid not only that they did this over a WEEK AGO

News coming out of DW = nil

Now with this game being live on Sky, one would have expected early notification
a, to fill up our end
and b, so everyone can make arrangements

I fully expect the official site notifying us a week before – so for today only I am acting as the unofficial ‘official site’ and telling you all nice and early so you can make your arrangements

Can’t comment on the West Brom situation but, as we established at the time, you were wrong about the timing of the club’s response to the West Ham changes.

Not one normally to bite – but we didnt establish anything at all

You put your point of view across (got the feeling you have relatives or similar at the club – so quite naturally you would want to defend them)

I stated that the club were dragging their feet and they have been caught with there pants down again – having just checked WBA ,published the prices on the 4th – a week ago

Like I said I am the unofficial ‘ officail’ site for tonight – so you can all make your plans and arrangements with the knowledge I will be 2 weeks ahead of DW towers

Well done, paper hat and big orange in the post.

And I think you’ll find I got the facts across, not my point of view.

You’re entitled to take a pop at the club; I’m entitled to defend them if you get your facts wrong – and you did last time.

I don’t believe they needed one last time.

If you want one this time, why don’t you ask them as you’re the one getting excited about a game that’s still almost three weeks away.

I’m sure they’ll reply with an explanation to a civilised enquiry. They’re probably not likely to respond to a slagging off on a public forum. I know I wouldn’t.

It is quite simple, the Club always release details of away ticket sales just before they put them on sale, this is usually two weeks before the date of the game.

I would hazard a guess that the release of details for the West Brom game on the 1st February, will be on Thursday or Friday this week, as they always do.

There are exceptions to this rule, for instance over Christmas or other periods when life or games are a bit hectic, but generally tickets go on sale two weeks before the game, with notification of allocation and prices a couple of days ahead of this.

Hope this clears it up for you.

FA Cup Winners 2013, sounds good that
