Fortune is just the same as any striker we have over the last 5 seasons a headless chicken without a strike partner.
This whole play off thing seems like a huge anti climax. Not many people seem that excited about it. Maybe its that we all have that feeling of it not coming near winning the cup or it could just be the nightmare memories of those last four terrible years in the greed league under Bob. Whatever I shall be there simply cos its sn extra home match at the end of the season. If we get through then Wembley is another extra bonus match and win or lose that what the f does it matter anyway we can see fifteen to twenty wins or do in the championship or ten with luck in the prem. Only good thing about the prem is taking the piss out of it and tsking the money out of the hands of the football establishment.

Shame really at times we showed that we could play real football. That amazing end to 2011/12 season showed that and gave everyone hope of a change from that drab tippy tappy one up front garbage. Then along came last season and tippy tapping all the way to the Championship and then he jumps ship.
Yes we did have the greatest ever moment in our lives by winning the cup but we played football to do that. If we had played that cup style of football we wouldn’t have gone down in the first place. Or was he happy taking us down. Certainly made it easier for him to leave us.A wasted opportunity to get the strongest or his favoured mini squad playing and gelling together for the final push.
I can remember we were all up in arms when Manchester United played weakened sides in the league. One time in particular West Ham beat them at Old Trafford which had a major significance in the relegation battle.

David Lowe at Wembley against Brentford but Ben at Wembley still brings a tear of absoloute joy and allways will.Coleman and Ramis type partnership up front could work better than Waghorn or Fortune or Powell or Maynard or Holt as lone strikers!
Thanks really to the shite Judas Bob left us in when he jumped ship! Coyle was a rush job brought in to bring players in that could work in the Championship. The slow start was down to uMartinez not Coyle.Granted Coyle wasnt up to the job and Uwe has done great to pick up the pieces but the slow start was down many factors other than Coyle and one big contributing factor was Roberto Martinez.
Great stuff. How about promotion to the Greed League. No big signings. No big wage rises. Come down to the interesting League with loads of money.
