can see an upturn and maybe just maybe it will come at Leeds but he needs to change tactics and clear out the dissenters in the ranks as soon as possible.
Surely it can’t get any worse can it?There are no dissenters according to Griff! ;)
I think the blame lies with DW ! I also think that a few players were not happy with his decision to bring in MM and also his pathetic attempt to defend him! There is trouble right through the camp and I reckon DW has lost the respect of some of the players!Obviously just my opinion but there is something seriously amiss!
How on earth could you possibly know that? And as most of these players’ perfomances were just as abject under Rosler, why would you make that leap?
I don’t know, that is why I said “I think” and “Obviously just my opinion” ! With hindsight ( And there are many who would say ” I told you so” )it would appear that the appointment of MM has been a massive faux pas! The blame therefore lies with the person who chose him and then employed him does it not? As for the Rosler business, I said in an earlier post it is possible that Rosler ended up being resented by some players and that the appointment of MM could have been met with disapproval by some players who may have made their feelings known? Who knows, but something is seriously amiss and it doesn’t take a rocket scientist to come to that conclusion!
Not being funny fil but Malky was the overwhelming favourite with most on here before his appointment so don’t just blame Mr Whelan for it not being an instant success. He did what he thought was best for the club and who knows he may well yet be proved right. Changes must be made though and now.
I did use the word ‘Hindsight’ ! However, there were people who feared that the appointment could backfire! In other words, with the benefit of hindsight (And I am not referring to the shite form)perhaps employing him was a bad move! I don’t know what is going on behind closed doors but there is something going on! I am just trying to make sense of it all because a combination of our squad and MM should not be performing so bad!
A combination of our squad and Coyle, our squad and Rosler, our squad and Mackay shouldn’t have been performing as bad as they did/have. Where’s the common denominator there? Oh look, it’s the squad. Go figure!
And if the poor, pampered prima donnas are a tad offended by some text messages, I’d suggest they are very quikcly reminded who is the boss and who pays their wages.
“Go figure” ! I’m English Griff not American! You may have been working in an office environment too long man! Do you use the term ” You do the math” as well? It’s not that long ago that you were calling so called office talk! ;) Anyway, back to the subject. What do you think is the problem then, because all I see you do is shoot people down who make suggestions as to what is wrong, without actually offering any opinions of your own? If you think the squad is that bad that we should go down then just say so. Come on man, get involved in the “Think tank” ! Happy Christmas ! :)

Whatever the reasons, up to now Malky’s appointment has been a total faux pas on and off the field. It will cost us our chairman and probably our place in the championship and I feel like our problems are never-ending. It is us the fans who will always feel most pain. You could argue that everyone’s differing oppinions are not far off the mark and we all have our reasons for what we believe to be the way out for the club. The self destruct button has been well and truly pressed at this club and it will be a real effort to turn it round. I cannot see what change again will bring and I truly feel for Malky and imagine how he is feeling about this. There will be no easy fix and January will not see a whole bunch of quality players landing here. We will just have to tough it out and hope and pray our luck changes. Mr Whelan has lost respect and his reputation in his choice and his defence of his man has seen him castigated worldwide. Whatever you think of Mr Whelan this town, this club and especially us fans owe the man the support and hope that his manager proves it was worth all that has gone before. :( :( :(I think the blame lies with DW ! Girl from Longridge ( Where I clean windows) who is mates with his wife is saying that the papers have blown it out of proportion and that his injuries are not life threatening!
Well i reckon that the problems are in house and something to do with the arrival of MM ! Before anyone says we were shit before he came, we were nowhere near this shit! The body language of some of the players last Saturday was really evident! The squad could have been pissed off with the poor run under Rosler and then maybe quite a few of them were against MM coming, maybe a few of the older heads? Once in house stuff starts it can be like a cancer! Last Saturday saw the bad vibe being transmitted to the stands and the atmosphere was quite eerie to say the least! People couldn’t believe what they were watching, that’s how bad it was! Whelan is the only one who can sort this out but he may have already told them that MM was his decision and that his decision is final sort of thing! Something is not right and unless the FA step in and save us ( Charge MM ) then I believe we will be consigned to League One football next season!
I’d be very surprised if he could read at allHe just looks at the pictures, that’s why I had to put a video up for him! ;)
My 4-1 is looking quite good right now ! As low as 15-8 with Boyle Sports ! Get on at 3’s while you still can with Sky Bet, Paddy Power or Corals while you still can! Soften that blow ! 6pts off safety with no hint of a change whatsoever !
It was George’s ‘False 9’ formation that consists of 9 players who aren’t really players! What a croc ‘o’ shite that was today!
Who’s that aimed at?Well, if I didn’t know better I would say that it was aimed at anyone who can’t take criticism! The clue is in the title! ;)
Yeah but they have got ‘Wor Jackie’ !
I thought it sounded a bit of a hairbrained idea, or in this case a baldbrained idea !
1) it wasn’t my idea
2) as usual, the PR massive have nothing un-sneery to contribute
They don’t like it up em Mr Mainwaring! :)
Bit childish this aint it!
