I bet my mate Alasdair never thought that his thread would go viral and break all records ! If Everton don’t beat Arsenal in the cup then it’s looking like the usual season of going through the motions for them ! This time last season ( After 26 games )they were 6th and just 6 pts off a Champions League spot, whereas this season after 26 games they are 7th and 9 pts off the so called promised land! If that is progress then so be it !

It will be Uwe and as they will announce it prior to City game that will be the hoodoo loss, no real surprise then eh ! Then it’s back to concentrating on the league. If we can continue the good run and say win 4 or 5 on the bounce then automatic promotion won’t seem so out of reach, trust me !

I thought you wanted your adopted thread to keep on running and running ? It is quite obvious that fans will post accordingly. Had they have beaten Chelsea you would have been straight on here gushing at the fact that they had done the double over Chelsea!

Did he have a hearty breakfast?

2 poached eggs on toast ! He did however turn down his mid morning snack of tea and biscuits as ironically he doesn’t like ginger nuts !
Elementary!

Has Prince Harry been to visit him yet?
No royalty as of yet but this guy popped in for some moral support !

Leicester have gone 12 Championship games without defeat. The last team to beat them was Brighton!

Derby have scored more goals, but Leicester have the best goal difference.

The Latics very own oracle has spoken ……AGAIN !!

Pellegrini is not happy,he must have heard something,he is saying our game against them is going to be sunday 4pm k.o.Tree days before they play Barcelona.

Tough shit I say ! If they want to do the ‘Quadruple’ then they must expect plenty of games !

Now I wasn’t that impressed with either Brighton or Forrest at our place. Brighton beat us towards the end of Mr shorts reign so I reckon we can go to both these and get points. Forrest are now 14 unbeaten so have improved. Draw at Forrest & win at Brighton. Should get all 3 points at home to Sheffield.

I was forgetting about the third game ( Leicester @ home ) being postponed due to cup !

I think the 2nd half game plan was to make the game more entertaining and competitive but Barnsley were so bad they wouldn’t oblidge.

Rosler quote….”Second half we were running out of fuel, we didn’t attack in the manner I’d like, but I understand that because of our match programme.”
The stamina issue again ! If the squad isn’t whipped into shape soon then the play-offs will be a no no !

Here it is, the return fixture of the first match of the season.

Danny Wilson returns to Wigan with Barnsley, bottom but one and needing points as badly as we do.

Expect more team changes. McArthur and Powell may still be missing and Watson may have an injury too. Maynard, Waghorn and new signing Holgersson are all available.

Wigan are in good form. Another 4-0 would be very nice, but 1-0 would be enough.

                                  Our resident soothsayer !
