What the hell would you have done with a golden pig anyway? Try getting that through customs…..
Lets hope for a Wigan v Wolves double this weekend! That would indeed be nice. Thank you, Mutty.
Safe parking spot? Nuneaton, I reckon.
They might end up in the Bottom Four, but then who would add to a thread about Martinez? He’s not our manager and our fans have forgotten about him.
4 5 1 delort the 1
Callum and Bambi in midfield part of the 5.Or, it was 4-3-3
It all depends if you’re a glass half full or half empty man, really.
I certainly saw it as 433. Delort was not left isolated on his own like the lone strikers used to be under Bobby.
On the scrolling team list on the tellys in the concourses the team was described as 4-3-3.
I know Latics telly people aren’t in with the tactical discussions, but they (like everyone around me) saw that team as 4-3-3.
And who the hell is Bambi?
Now I don’t know at all what the craic is with Espinoza, but you have to consider that now three managers, Martinez, Coyle and Rosler, have ALL basically sidelined him.
If it was just one you could consider to be a failing by one manager to see a good player – but three seems to indicate to me there is something in his attitude, his training, his relations with other players, or whatever, something that makes managers keep him out of the team.
From day one I have always had my doubts about Rosler. If you shout often and loud enough eventually no one listens , like you ignore your child when they have a mad screaming tantrum. His tactics have only ever consisted of “Work your stones off and run yourself into the ground” and that’s about it.
That squad is the best in the division and yet we are still so easy to beat. It’s time for him to go , tactically he is clueless. The Ipswich game was proof of that .Okay, so who is the right man to replace him ?
Black.
No. He has had spells of management and failed. He is a coach, a really good assistant but not a manager. A bit like Kenny Swain (awaits brickbats) who is a very good coach (look at his success with England’s youth teams) but a terrible manager.
if I remember rightly he at least put a bit of effort in despite his limited ability.Based on one appearance for 45 minutes against Grimsby when he couldn’t be bothered and (so legend has it – and I was in the tunnel) wouldn’t come out for the second half???
You may have just posted the worst comment on here – and that’s saying something as you’re up against tough opposition.
I guess it all depends on how much that 45 minutes from Pasquale Bruno cost us.Exactly what I was going to write
So after about a month without a home game, youngsters who either have school the following day or have early bedtimes won’t be able to go.
The club is selling its future soul.
The fanbase will vote with its feet. Or its sole, more accurately, I guess.
Shows what you two know.
Highest crowd so far.
You really are terminally thick, aren’t you?
My point was that many youngsters couldn’t go. No matter what the attendance actually was that is a fact. It would have been even higher.
And Griff’s comment was a pun.
So you really are getting things so, so, wrong.
Deja vu isn’t what it used to be
We are worse than this time last year.Rubbish
I wondered that too, and would have left it in the football section if posted there, but it’s OK here too.
Cheeky bugger, egg.
I have seen this before. There’s a few similar sites out there.
