dont get me wrong i’am not a john terry fan but how can he be cleared of racism in a court of law yet found guilty of the same offence by the f.a?Because there is a particular level of the offence that courts require to be proved beyond reasonable doubt before a conviction can be made.
The FA are only seeking to show that on a balance of probabilities he acted in a way that brought the game into disrepute.
