Number 8 actually
Edit> Sorry John. Just seen your post above.
We are building a good squad that will in the main do the business if we get promoted.
The big test is tomorrow. Let’s see.
I don’t think anyone (well, some will) can complain about the business that David Sharpe, Jonathan Jackson and Gary Caldwell have done in the last few days – so let’s see how the players themselves prove themselves.
Grant Holt has now gone too!!
Night of the Long Knives.
I’M useless at pasting links .Went on Crewe vital forum.Had to laugh when I opened the first post ” colclough” from paddockrefugee. So few words says so much !!! Have a look.Tickled me anyway. If you’re on Facebook look at both the Crewe and Chesterfield boards :)
With potentially more to come according to JJ. :woohoo:What? The old mascot is doing scouting work now? I wondered what had happened to him ;)
Very good signings too
David Bowie’s not what he was.
He’s a changed Mon, is our beloved Bobby. During his tenure at the Latics he would always say “the officials have a hard task, so you can’t really criticise them”. Now he’s vying with Arsen Wenger for the top whingers trophy !Justifiably so, I think yesterday
I used my B&Q pensioners card.
But I only got 10% off.
I refer the Honourable Member to the thread entitled “How far is Aberdeen from Wigan?”
I’ll get you some pasties from Tesco
“superman”? ” sweatysock”? “wheelbarrow”? How old are you?
Personally I thought we started to lose the plot when Vukcic went off (I’m not saying Wildschut shouldn’t have come on, by the way, just that Vukcic should have stayed on)
It’s not about boring your opponents but tiring them. That can be done if the scores are level, but also when down. I am aware that what changed the game was an upping of pace but don’t dismiss the effect even when losing.
