What’s the crack with this guy then? Hands in a transfer request to get a move to QPR (according to reports). Obviously not a decision he’s based on footballing reasons BUT people now saying he’s tweeted saying he wants to come to Wigan? We have been linked with this guy in the past and had a bid rejected but surely if he’s trying to move to get more money we’re not the club for him?

Plus as Roy Hodgson had said previously us trying to sign him is the equivalent of West Brom putting in a bid for Messi…. :blink:

Think he’s the sort who could disrupt a dressing room in the blink of an eye. And there’s no way he’s worth those sort of wages… only QPR are stupid enough to pay that. No doubt he will end up there.
Looking at his tweets it seems he’s unsettled which may suggest he’s looking for a move abroad. Apparently the WBA squad and staff know exactly why he wants to move on. One of his tweets states he’s never got over the fans questioning his commitment before signing the new contract which begs the question why sign the new contract? He seems like he’s got a few screws loose.

I can’t believe Odemwingie wanted to leave WBA, does he not know that 5 minutes down the road from the Hawthornes on Lozells Road is a Jamaican takeaway called ‘Bings’ who serve the best curried goat in the western world.
