The Mad Mouse is definitely a bit iffy. Went on that years ago with my Grandma and nearly knocked her out I hit her that hard going round a corner.

Same here! Not really her fault I suppose though, as she is 96 and doesn’t move that quickly these days.5 April 2013 at 8:46 pm #107755Anonymous
As somebody who worked on those dodgy side games at Camelot during my college days, I’d just like to add that it is possible to win on all those types of games. What your odds are is entirely a different question…
Griff, you might want to take a look at the number of accidents there’s been on the Big One at Blackpool before you take preference to it over the old wooden ones. The wooden coasters have been there for decades. Take the tried and tested safety theory instead. I’m excluding the old Cyclone rollercoaster that used to reside in Southport from this list though. I’ve heard about wood warping, but some of that things track had bent by a good 3ft in places!
With you on the getting wet thing though. If getting wet is fun, why are theme parks always busy on hot summer days?!
