Despite being woefully short of strikers in the first place, could this now mean we will add to the squad or will we get by as best we can?
Probably get by best we can and sign a cheap, under-quality lower league striker (maybe lower spanish division) in january, Who wont be good enough then get offloaded at the end of the season to somebody who’s been relegated such as Hull.
Hope im proved wrong and we spend big, as i think a striker is now the only place we really need somebody with real class, to partner Hugo and/or replace ScotlandCan’t do fo ok all till January 8-)

We should appeal to the F.A, under exceptional circumstances and request that we be allowed to sign a striker before the January transfer window opens.

Why didn’t you post my whole post? I did say I hope i’m proven wrong but we never splash big money on a striker when thats the department we most lack (and GK) … Oh and i don’t drink piss, not perverted like some ;)
