I know i’m not that bright, but can someone explain
to me why neither Gibbs on Chamberline have served
a ban for that sending off mix up the other week.so there was no doubt that there was a sending off offence
and they suffered no punishment apart from losing a man
for about an hour in a game they were getting spanked in
anyway.

The original shot was going wide so the FA rescinded the card shown to the wrong man & said it wouldn’t be applied to the correct player coz the ref got the sending off decision for the offence wrong
In fact they were I correctly made to play with 10 men for an hour so they suffered more than they should have doneso there was no doubt that there was a sending off offence

No – there wasn’t any sending off offence. So Arsenal lost a man for an hour without any justification.

So the referee, Andre Marriner, was found wrong on both counts. He has been appointed to referee the Hull-Sheffield United semifinal at Wembley.
