of our climb up the table begins today.Enough has been said/written about why we find ourselves where we are and whether MacKay was the right appointment .I for one am pleased with the signings particularly Billy McKAY a move away from the overpriced gambles foreign forwards can be ( for us anyway),I just hope we start with the new forwards .Time is against us as far as this group gelling straight away but what a great fixture to bag 3pts and send a message to the teams above us .Prediction ? 3-1 home win McKAY 1st goal.

Filmoss should be backing Latics at 3/1 that’s for sure, today could well be a turning point if we get a win

8 February 2015 at 8:13 pm #139276The ‘spin’ started straight after the game on the other thread.
We’re shitter now (squad wise) than we were before by some margin and there’s still no evidence to support the previous players were trying any less than the lads yesterday.
It’s just a case of having to face up to what we’ve got now and stop raving about new starts, great signings and suchlike, before they’ve kicked a ball.
This is Malkys team and it’s not very good, neither is he and that’s the bottom line.
p.s I think Delort would have scored McKays chance yesterday ;) keep smiling folks

You know things are bad when the ref gets blamed every week! ;)

As in “we now have players who understand what this level is about rather than Premier League wannabes”?

And where is the evidence to support your claim that Delort would have scored the Billy Mac chance?

As in they’re used to losing? There’s being positive Garswood and there’s being bonkers, that post is stark raving.
In truth were all Premier League wannabes aren’t we, otherwise what’s the point?
