Do we;
A) have the slimmest chances of survival
or;
B) is the agony being prolonged just that little bit further??

26 April 2015 at 1:10 pm #141661Well, if it was that easy to predict outcomes of football matches we would all be rich by now. So you never know, the football Gods might just smile on little Wigan.
Like I posted earlier, if your are that confident; go put a Monkey on Rotherham. You can’t lose; can you ?26 April 2015 at 1:47 pm #141665Nothing surer
double your money in the space of 90 minutes
26 April 2015 at 10:28 pm #141677Our approach to games is too cautious and slow so for me we ain’t staying up.
27 April 2015 at 12:11 am #141686Gary Caldwell’s certainly trying to get us playing decent football, feel that we might be in good hands with him, needs to be given time and the finances to have a real go at building a team we can take pride in again.
As for this season, maybe the seeds were sown with a disastrous pre-season and Uwe’s signings as well as some of the players here in August letting us down. Malky was a disaster on and off the pitch, but at least the current crop are giving it a go…all too late sadly, Reading are the sort of team that any club would want to play at this time of year, poor side, FA cup disappointment and nothing to play for, Rotherham will beat them comfortably I reckon
27 April 2015 at 12:24 am #141687I am not convinced to be honest but time will tell
27 April 2015 at 1:24 am #141690Far too many chances blown now and far too late to start dreaming of miracles.
agree with the other poster they will comfortably beat Reading who like Brighton have been very lucky this season in my opinion ,two very poor teams blimey we took 7 points from a possible 12 off this pair.27 April 2015 at 1:26 am #141691Time to think about next season now. Heard yesterday that Nicholls will start as number one with both keepers on their way. Perch is undecided whether he is staying and apart from Pearce, Waghorn and Huws the rest will be on their way. It’s gonna be a busy Summer for Gary!

Perch is undecided whether he is staying and apart from Pearce, Waghorn and Huws the rest will be on their way. It’s gonna be a busy Summer for Gary!Was only asking about Nicholls at the weekend, I thought he was a cracking young keeper that did really well in his short spell in goal for us. Just the one mistake he made, and that was it for him? Let’s hope that rumour is true.
28 April 2015 at 1:46 am #141729“Heard yesterday….”
From whom may I Ask? Since we don’t know which division we are in I am sure the Manager and Chairman have not decided yet who is going.
But someone has deigned to tell you all the details?
28 April 2015 at 2:45 am #141736All ifs and buts but I am pretty sure that our first 2 choices will be gone sharpish should we drop and let’s face it it’s very likely ! So Bigroy might have been told ” If we go down ” Makes sense to me George!
28 April 2015 at 3:52 am #141740From what I saw of him in that short spell in goal, I wouldn’t have a problem with him No1 next season.
28 April 2015 at 6:35 pm #141760This saga of “We can stay up” is like having a tooth pulled with grease on the pliers….. face it, were down and if anyone wants to put a few bob on us staying save yourself a trip to the bookies and just throw it down the nearest grid
28 April 2015 at 7:29 pm #141762Come on ,how much help did we need .FA 3pts deduction and still we balls it up.Hope I’m wrong but I can see Rotherham showing us how to scrap for a point needed not a whimpering pile of crap we have produced.
