Reports on News Now of him leaving to go to the U.S. Someone posted this last week. Is this like selling the family silver or getting rid of your unwanted junk at the Car Boot? Interesting to see how much we get for him.
11 May 2015 at 2:19 am #142095He’s a player that gave everything when on the pitch, but his everything just wasn’t quality enough. The club can probably do without his whopping weekly wage.
11 May 2015 at 2:51 am #142097Good riddance as far as i am concerned, not a team player and just wasnt good enough.
11 May 2015 at 1:12 pm #142099Ah. Newsnow reporting from a blog a bit of speculation by the Irish Mirror to fill column inches and repeated on ESPN, is definitely accurate news.
A tweet from Paul Tenorio (reporter for the Orlando Sentinel, a team included in the report) says: “My sources at Orlando City told me nothing to rumors regarding James McClean. (He’s a left-winger anyway…they need right side help.)”
A couple of comments to the tweet say “looks like an agent trying to spread rumors to get a better deal”.

12 May 2015 at 1:41 pm #142116Close to signing a deal with Red Bull New York I believe! They have until tomorrow to sign him! Some of their fans are not happy and have been commenting on his ability to run and dribble with the ball but do nothing else! ha ha At the end of the day he won’t be here at the beginning of next season whatever happens!

He said weeks ago that he doesn’t want to play in League 1 and would move if we got relegated. So what?
I look forward (not really) to seeing those who think he’s absolutely dog shit create a 15,000+ post Judas-type thread monitoring his every dribble and yellow card wherever he ends up next season.
13 May 2015 at 1:10 am #142134A bigger headless chicken than Neil Morton but good luck to the lad for the future. All new players need to have the energy and hard work and effort he showed before January.
