Looked ok when fit but as we knew when we brought him in he is suspect to injury. Would it be a good idea to re-call Billy McKay to cover just like Everton have done with Kenny. Why not loan another right sided defender too because one right back McNaughton is not enough.

Don’t give up on Davies yet, as big an impact I’ve seen from a player at Latics for a long time in those early games. Plenty of options once all fit.
Where are we at for tonight though? Would hope to see at least Grigg or Davies on to give us a chance.
