It is looking likely or there is a very good chance we shall be promoted this season so the inevitable is going to happen. GC will be linked with other jobs. Just like his mentor Bob he will take the money and F off. Who can blame him. We all would leave our jobs for a big increase. Who would anyone fancy to take over when this happens.
I would go for someone I do not particularly like but a bloke who could do a great job, Nigel Pearson.
Would be a great appointment and likes to play football.6 March 2016 at 6:03 am #147527Good God! Talk about Wiganers being glass half empty ……
6 March 2016 at 12:57 pm #147528Why would he leave a team who are now on the up? The only managerial vacancies are for teams who are heading downwards.
6 March 2016 at 1:28 pm #147529Donny he has only been in the job a year (less than that probably). He is therefore still a rookie manager. Clubs will perhaps monitor him in about 2 – 3 seasons providing he maintains his success. Anyway, who says he is leaving. He might love the club & want to stay. Some managers do that.
6 March 2016 at 2:15 pm #147530Agree with that Runcorn hes only just learning his trade and at first he struggled as any one would but the team he and the chairman and the way they recruit and the environment they’ve created can’t help but get noticed.Must get an Automatic spot as we’ve got some hard games to come and those below us are flying ie Barnsley Millwall we must get top 2 spot.
6 March 2016 at 4:56 pm #147531I think Donny was bored when he came up with this one!

Would be a great appointment and likes to play football. In terms of content, timing, negativity whatever else you want to include, this has to go down as the most irrelevant, worst post in the history of CL. :S

7 March 2016 at 12:41 am #147541This is a wind up surely…
7 March 2016 at 1:24 am #147542Well Jimmy it did get a few responses and yes it was. Just feeling that way out last neet. Pissed off again with the two dropped points at home.
7 March 2016 at 11:37 am #147544…Ah! The old “it was only a wind-up” defence.

Pissed off again with the two dropped points at home.We do seem to be drawing a few games of late, but that’s more to do with players rather than GC’s tac tics. Just need to get more players scoring other than Grigg.
