Firstly I haven’t seen anything about last Friday’s charity match. Marvelous how these ex players can turn out and support Joseph’s goal and everyone of them must be commended. Hope there was a decent crowd there.
Another point; are we in the Euxton facility yet? Noticed some renovation work going on but nothing on the usual scale that usually goes on there.
Finally has anyone heard the band Desert Mountain Tribe. If not and you like your music in a rocky way get their album. A bit like Pink Floyd meet The Black Angels, Primal Scream and Oasis and a little Psychodelia thrown in.Will be off up to the caravan in the North Pennines at Alston. Hopefully it’s Newcastle away in August Sept or Oct or next March or April. 44 miles to drive or park at Haltwistle Haydon Bridge Corbridge or Hexham and get on the train to save parking in horse basher land.

Very nice run over Hartside.
Shame you cant get the train straight from Alston anymore (closed 1976 :evil: )
