You are right Garswood they don’t need to but it is common practice with a lot of clubs to announce a cash windfall of this nature.
I just think after all the slagging off the club got that season for the money lost on the player and the fact he was duped by the fans as a complete waste of money, they might have issued some kind of statement about it.
