A confidence booster for Nob End? No not really The Nobs themselves made ten changes but Bournemouth made eleven changes. A sign of the times that even with eleven changes Bournemouth’s side on the night cost 40 million pounds. Now Bournemouth really have had a war chest. So many players in both squads not getting games is ridiculous and I reckon the time is right to bring back real reserve Leagues similar to what the Central League once was. Clubs should not be belittling our domestic cup competitions.
Don’t suppose you can pay on the night on Friday can you? Got shit loads on so didn’t want to buy a ticket just in case but if I have time will that option be available? Can’t see it myself!
I couldn’t tell you Fill. Apparently Gary was at Bournmouth watching Nob Ends second choice eleven. Don’t reckon there was much point in that really. After last Saturday they will be up for it and will probably attack us from the off. These lot finished well above Fulham last season and will not sit around playing tippy tappy nice crap. They will get on with it. Should suit us if Gaz plays it how we play best and that is an high tempo attacking game.

Could be a classic 0-0 or hopefully a full bloodied derby with lots of action! I’ll have to go pub to watch it if I can get all the other stuff I need to do out the way first! Liverpool Psychfest weekend and didn’t buy a ticket for the Friday because I thought I was going Deepdale but then I decided to put on a post Liverpool Psychfest fringe event at our house of all places so loads to sort out !
The lads at work reckon we’ll batter them if we go for it. I’m reasonably confident we will go for it with the likes of Wildschut playing, we could really dominate it.
Winning at Bournemouth with a 2nd 11 should really have only complicated things for them. The lad who scored the goals, was being called not fit to burn for putting over from 2 yards out at Brentford apparently.
We shall see but it’s definitely over to Caldwell on this one.
