What a journey!27 September 2016 at 2:37 am #151015……GC will not play 4-4-2 and his reason might surprise a few of you. :woohoo:http://the72.co.uk/65594/gary-caldwell-reveals-why-he-wont-switch-to-4-4-2/
We’re doomed !!!
27 September 2016 at 2:59 pm #151027So basically we are playing a system that has took us to bottom of the league not scoring enough goals and conceding plenty and we don’t and won’t need to change it.Oh and its because it wont suit one player, I bet Will Grigg is feeling great about himself this morning probably thinking its his fault.Utterly ridiculous comments from Caldwell and to me it shows he has little respect for his players. Does he realise that the squad will already know that his way is not working but if Will is in the team we can only play one way, absolute bollocks.
Seriously worried now.

Which was the same formation that won us the league 1 table. When we initially signed grigg, we did so to allow him to specifically play in the lone striker position. He himself on signing, stated that he prefers to play in that lone striker position. What’s the worry.
We are where we are in the league due to two or three stupid individual errors, lucky deflected goals & one or two poor decisions. Apart from sheff weds, we have matched the teams so far we have played.
27 September 2016 at 6:56 pm #151034What we did last season has gone…finished…job done!
Whole new ball game this season, the stupid individual errors we are making are costing us were as last season they didn’t!
Fuck the EFL
27 September 2016 at 9:05 pm #151041We won the league last season because we had a far superior group of players than any club in the league. We would have won that league with whatever formation we played.
We looked at our worst last year when we played the slow passing around the field game but came alive when we upped the tempo.
We also won the league last year because the manager was prepared to change things around and if we don’t start improving this year we may need to change things around again and then Grigg may have to be dropped or sold if he is not versatile enough to be accommodated.
One man doesn’t make a team. -
