Didn’t see it but im assuming he got booked for diving. Rooney did it yesterday, awful, Rooney is as bad as anybody for it, hate him me. Over-rated spud-head
I want to know where all those blinkered supporters are in respect to diving. Foreigners do it you say?
Also, the punditry is so biased it’s untrue. So much blind eye usage in respect to English “highly respected” players. Why would a pundit accuse somebody of diving, thus tarnishing “the best league in the world” when their wages come from this very system?

English players are as bad as anyone for diving, it is definately NOT just foreigners, BUT i don’t mind it, if the ref doesn’t see it he’s there to be fooled.
You’d be surprised how many so called fans miss a good dive. Anything that hits the deck in the box is a penalty apparently.
Tune in to MOTD 2 and stay tuned for any punditry regarding Gerrard hitting the deck more times than an olympic wrestler.

Also, your telling me Gerrard’s was a penalty? Take your blinkers off and look closer, paying particular attention to Gerrard’s body technique on approach.
If you come back with that silly term called “contact”, then I shall be on the floor all hour tonight at the Soccerdome each time somebody makes such “contact”.
Funnily enough, I and many others in the same place stay on their feet. Perhaps not as much to be lost rather than the glitz & glamour of the Premiership. Players have used the term “contact” very well and adjusted themselves to claim just that whilst leaning in to challenges.
To put it simply , he didn’t dive.
If our love child Rodders had done EXACTLY the same thing, say away at Liverpool, you’d all be crying penalty, bias,bias against small clubs,refs hate us.

I would have pointed out that “Roddy” as you put him would have dived. The reason I do not attend football anymore is for the sheer amount of cheating going on.
I watch both teams, and make no substitute for diving if it’s my own.

Not everybody is correct, like me. Go watch it again, it’s clearly a penalty. There would be OUTRAGE on this board if a decision like that went against the tics.
