Must play on Saturday. Desperately unlucky with that superb header to almost equalise against Newcastle.
Mmmm, try telling yootha that.[/quote]
This constant clamour for Grigg to play despite him being slow, unable to hang on to a ball played up to him, looking unfit and generally out-of-form puts into perspective the ability of the other “strikers” in our squad.
Well second bottom. Boring for most of the season. Not much going well. Nuneaton keeps offering an alternative we could use with the standard of players we have but none of our failed managers have thought of adopting Nuneaton’s ideas.

I’m no manager Donny or I would be in a dugout instead of a truck. Ok I’ve managed Sunday League but to me it ain’t working as it is for obvious reasons. I’ve always been sceptical of wing backs unless they are top drawer players and super fit. I just feel that too many players are pulled out of position if the wing back is caught out in an advanced position. The good teams like Spurs play it well but then they do have 2 quality lads playing the role. Countless times a central defender gets pulled out into the channel coz his mate is still up field and I just feel that it is harder to keep your shape than it is with 2 banks of 4. But as I said I’m no manager just a lifelong fan hurting at the min.
