I for one wouldn’t want to see us sell Yanic but i’m afraid the need for a couple of strikers with strength and pace out-weighs that. Grigg is great inside the box but we haven’t got anyone who can supply him so the need for someone to frighten defenders with physical presence and pace is a priority.If balancing the books means we have to sell to buy then so be it as come Wednesday if Grigg is the squads only goalscoring option then we will go down.Way too many midfield options and we just don’t hit the net enough…..come on Mr Sharpe spend some money to make money !!
I am not so sure, even if we sign no striker, I think we will survive.
Hope you right…but never heard of any squad with only 1 forward on the books……needs addressing asap…..our midfielders don’t chip in enough….Grigg isolated…..no good dominating games and losing buy the 1 goal.30 odd hours to put it right….let wait and see.
I’d unload Grigg before Yanic, his work off the ball is on par Big Dave’s statue, We keep saying, “We need better service to him” but top quality wide men are far far harder to find than a forward who can only score from inside the 6 yard box.

Yanic COULD be worth a lot, lot more in a seasons time (If our plan is to sell at some point).
Also I genuinely think Grigg could be replaced too, certainly easier than Yanic would.
Can’t disagree too much with that but personally I’d rather keep him cos I don’t think we’d pull in a great amount of dosh for him.Still think Wildschut needs to drastically improve his final ball to match the alleged valuations…storming straight line runs with nothing at the end was becoming too common. Grigg yesterday was hung out to dry .Not a hope in hell of making an impact with that formation against prem defenders.Still not buying 1 up front crap….get him a partner with presence and I’m sure he’ll carry on from last season.I mean a striker not a ALF or Davies !!!!
