“A number of first team players set to get some match action tonight at Chorley.
A Latics XI to face Chorley FC at Victory Park tonight (kick-off 7pm).
National League North continuing pre-season preparations with late-planned fixture against a Latics XI.
Free admission at Victory Park, with donations to Chorley FC welcome.
A Wigan Athletic XI, including a number of first team players, is set to get some match action tonight in a pre-season match at Chorley FC’s Victory Park.Kick-off is 7pm with free admission, with donations to Chorley FC welcome.
*The club apologise for the late notice of the game to supporters, however the match was arranged in the past 24 hours and was initially planned to be behind closed doors.”

I remember non-league games against Chorley being close competitive affairs – be thankful Mr Whelan didn’t call Chorley “home”.

Bloody rubbish Wigan, we should have got 20.
