Due to international call-ups which in practice would have left us with just one keeper
So play the game without a sub keeper then. What’s the bloody problem. Stupid crap rules. No games should be called off for insignificant internationals. Bloody joke. None of these are representing England.
I was told in the South Stand Bar before the game but it couldn’t be officially announced until the league rubber stamped it.
Clubs done the right thing.

Brilliant idea, Einstein.So let me get this right if your three keepers are all called up you still have to play the game? Give over. That can’t be right. ‘I’m Sorry Jose but because De Gea, Romero and Parreira are the only lads on international duty you’re gonna still play at the weekend but will have to play an outfield player in the nets’. Yes play without a spare keeper on the bench. Absolutely sick of these international matches interfering with our domestic game. Matches should only be called off for English players away on duty. Our so called elite may do something about the amount of non English players in the game then.
The decision in my opinion has been made by the club for one reason and one reason only………Samy Morsy.

Fuck the EFL
Rested??? He’s just had a couple of weeks off injured. What it did demonstrate was Roberts is definitely not a great replacement for Jacobs. Got away with it yesterday but the midfield apart from Evans couple of pieces of genius and Powell’s class didn’t do much to support Toney up top flapping up top on his own like a rabbit in a headlamp.
