Bolton have released him, their skipper.

He’s 33, but would you consider him for his experience in the Championship? I think I’d offer him a one season contract.

I think we need a couple of players of that ilk, with Championship experience.

He also seems nailed on the type of signing we usually make. Free, and with a Bolton connection.
