Agree, but maybe he is a better player this year as he has matured? Jacobs certainly was at weekend.
I think a swap for Windass is good business though and as someone says we have Morsy, McDonald, Gibson which will be the core of the midfield I would think.
Lee Evans anyone?Just seen that on Sky. We are overstaffed in midfield though if we do get him. Either a couple more are on the way out or he’ll have a lot of unhappy bored players on his hands. Having said that Evans was great for us last year.

Strength in depth. Allows us to change tactics based on the opponent and how the game is going, and if we play to that pace all season we may need to make some pretty regular subs.
