5 wins in thier last 15 and non in last 3. I think the way they folded against Leeds and today’s draw was the final straw.
If they carry on like that they stand a good chance of not making the play offs.
The IEC musn’t have a tele and Sky SportsI’m thinking Graham Jones our next manager whatever league next season grab him while he is available.
Everyone panics these days in football.
And everyone wanting Jones…..what experience does he have as a manager? Been having a go at Cook having no experience at this level and want to hire a guy with even less experience.
Good point Stu plus its a matter of which experienced manager would come here too. Not that I am happy with him but only 12 months ago most fans had him as one of our all time best managers.
Jones has no managerial experience but come on guys, he’s been the close right hand man at Wigan, Everton, Belgium and finally West Brom.
I’m sure Jones has learned so much with his man management skills in his time with world class players.
Not all make the cut granted but how will you know unless you give them a chance like Caldwell ?.

As some continually spout..”football is a results business “…..there you have it.Can our results be any worse ??….Time for a change and I think a new man simply cannot do any worse. Stick with him and we seriously risk a trip back to league 1 and all the financial issues that come with it. Is that what the owners really will risk ?? Get shut now ….soon be too late if we don’t.

There can be alot of contributory factors as to why he didn’t take it. I know he left the Belgium job for family reasons.
Do us a favor will ya, the next time your having a pint with him in The Brick ask him will he come to Wigan for us cause Cooks sh1t
