Anyone have any information on this potential transfer?
There’s a report on the web posted a few hours ago saying that he is still trying to get out of a pre-contract agreement with a Korean club – well that’s what the Spanish translator said. They reckon he’d have to pay $300k to get out of it.
Wonder if we’re still interested in this fella, looks a decent prospect. I read a couple of weeks ago that River Plate had put an offer in, but it wasn’t as high as an offer we put in.
Here’s the translation anyway if anyone is interested……I love the line “Jackson’s novel, already worn and dull”!
The ‘Felines’ presented their new faces to meet the Mexican tournament. Jackson Martinez joined the list not because the Korean Ulsan enforces pre-contract the player signed.
The team coached by Luis Fernando Tena was in partnership with Edgar Andrade, Franky Lopez, Diego Ordaz, Cristian Flores and Luis Fernando Mosquera, their additions to the Bicentennial Tournament 2010.
The fifth place abroad, it is intended for Jackson Martinez, left vacant because no Choco striker is a free agent because of the preliminary agreement signed last November with Ulsan Hyundai of South Korea.
The Asian club, through a press release reported that through the process to facilitate the achievement respective Martinez of the compromises they were forced, but equally will use all legal tools and the possibilities of transferring the regulation of the Fifa to defend their rights.
According to Gustavo Grijelmo, Spanish lawyer representing the interests of the Korean team, Jackson “has a commitment” to Ulsan “and one thing signed is insurmountable,” the jurist to Mexican Official Record.
“You can not catch a football and take it in tow, makes no sense and it is not possible, but the team that wants to sign him, can not be surprised. Have a commitment. The problem is that if he is not responsible for their transfer, may have important consequences from Fifa, “he added Grijelmo that was open to negotiation because if the team Jaguares de Chiapas” is a good offer, we get three-way and talk about it. ”
Jackson MartÃnez’s novel, already worn and dull, is far from over. Failure to reach an agreement with the Koreans or the performance of the pre-contract termination clause that Futbolred is known as the order of U.S. 300,000, the player would be exposed to a sporting sanction might be inactivity for an extended period and Indepediente Medellin to a fine.
“That’s what can happen if Jackson fails, those in Korea (Ulsan Hyundai) could make their determinations. That’s a problem between the player and the club Korean with us,” said Ciro Jorge Osorio, president of IMD, told the same Official Record.
Tena spoke good words about Mosquera
The helmsman of ‘The Forest’, was encouraged by incorporating the natural wheel of Buenaventura that hardly can be available for the first match against Cruz Azul this weekend.
“Mosquera is a great player, great passer, hopefully fit as quickly as possible and we expect a very professional attitude,” said Tena.
The attacking midfielder, ex Centaurs, Quindio, Santa Fe and Medellin, was sold by the team from Bogota, the owner of its sports rights. Al Mighty, where Mosquera had one year of contract, shall be responsible for ten percent of the transaction as compensation.
15 January 2010 at 3:33 pm #18350He has signed for a Mexican side (Jaguares). Bick cock-up apparently and there are 3 clubs (including the club he has signed from) who don’t actually know what’s going on.
